Nature-Ally.com provides worldwide shipping of high quality Herbal Dietary Supplements, Herbal Blends, Extracts and Oil. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover and American Express.

All Orders are shipped from India via regular Airmail which normally takes 10-14 business days in delivery.

For limited time we offer free shipping for all orders above $100 USD.

Please allow upto 2 business days for processing.

Once we've packaged your order and ship it out, we'll send you confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way. We will also let you know the tracking number (so you can check the delivery status of your package online) if your order has been shipped via Express Airmail.

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery of orders, please make sure to include the COMPLETE delivery address with the correct ZIP CODE. We will not be responsible for any postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

EMS Delivery : 7-10 days (from the date of despatch) for all countries.

Air Mail Delivery Time : 13-15 days (from the date of despatch)

For a consignment not delivered at the consignee address, a message slip will be left. The consignment will be held at the local post office.

How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?

After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if there are any discrepancies, please feel free to contact us.

Is my credit card secure?

All transactions are secured, powered by Paypal SSL encryption to insure that all transactions are secure and all information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

Can I phone or fax my order? Can I pay by cheque?

No, Orders are accepted online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you. We do not accept any cheque.

Paypal subscribes to BBB Online Privacy and other Privacy Protection Programs, Hence allowing highest standards in Privacy Protection. Paypal, our online retailer does not keep any credit card information/particulars in their database and the information is retained only till the execution of the order.

We DO NOT keep your credit card Information in our database. We do however keep your Name, Address, Email Id and Phone number Information for our records. We respect your privacy and will not for any reason release your name, street address, telephone number or e-mail address without your consent. Your particulars are only used by us to contact you regarding the status of your order or sending you promotional offers on our range of products. Every promotional offers sent by email contains opt-out information which you can use to stop receiving these offers.

Return Policy

Nature-Ally.com guarantees all the products sent to be of the freshest and highest quality available. We provide good packaging of products to meet the needs of the International market. We assure that all the bottles sent would be properly sealed and leak-proof. However, if for some reason you're not satisfied with our product, simply return the unopened or partially used product along with your receipt-letter within 10 days of your receiving the product,and we'll credit your charge card. There will be no refund, if the products are returned in a damaged condition or on empty bottles.
If a package is returned, all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies i.e. $15.00 (for all countries) for orders upto 50$ and 25$ for orders upto 100$ or above.
